1. What information do we collect?

We collect information when you create an account and use the Platform. We also collect information from third-party social network providers that you share with us, as well as technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. We also collect information contained in messages you send through our Platform. More information about the categories and sources of information is below.

Information we collect when you use

After creating a profile and using Snazz, you can choose to edit your gender, age, and other information, but please note that these are not required and are optional. We may collect information related to when and how you use our services. The information collected includes your IP, device information (model, system, MCC), time zone. We also collect information about mobile operators, network information (5G/4G/3G/WIFI). This information helps us identify your actual location so that you can view users in the same country or region.

When you use our services, your microphone and mobile phone camera will be used with your explicit authorization, and certain log file information will be uploaded by you. All of this information enables us to report more accurately and improve our services.

System permissions used

We may need to use the system permissions in your device (excluding permissions for third-party calls) to collect relevant personal information. This section will summarize all system permissions used by Snazz to facilitate a more systematic, complete and transparent presentation to you. You can choose whether to authorize us to use the relevant permissions of your device. If you do not authorize us to use the relevant permissions, some services may be unavailable, but it will not affect your use of other functions of Snazz.

Album and storage permissions: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the album reading and storage function on your device. This function will be used to upload text, images, videos and other content in your device, and can also cache text, images, and video content generated during your use of the product. Please be aware that we will not automatically read the storage content of your local album. We will only obtain image/video data after you agree to enable this permission and actively select the corresponding image in the album. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned functions will not work properly.

Microphone permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the microphone function on your device and recognize the voice information you upload. This permission will be used to implement voice input and voice sound functions, and to collect and recognize the voice information input during the implementation of the above functions. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.

Message push permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will push messages to you so that you can receive and understand the notifications we send you in a timely manner. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to receive the messages we push to you.

Camera permission: When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera function on your device. This function will be used to realize the photo shooting and video recording functions, and collect and identify the pictures and video information taken or recorded during the implementation of the above functions. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.

Appear on top permission: In order to make the "Minimize Voice Chat Room" function float on other content, we will apply for your floating window permission. If you refuse such authorization, the above function will not be available.

Device information access rights: When you agree to enable this permission, in order to protect your account and login security, we will collect your corresponding device information for optimizing user experience, security checks, identifying whether it is a commonly used device, and device binding status. If you are an Android user, your refusal to grant this authorization will result in your inability to use this product and/or service normally. If you are an iOS user, you may not be able to directly refuse or close the above authorization due to the limitations of the iOS system, but for some device information (for example: IDFA information, the specific situation is subject to the actual situation updated from time to time by the iOS system policy), you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to authorize, we may not be able to provide you with the corresponding functions or services (for example: if you refuse us to collect your IDFA information, we will not be able to provide you with personalized display based on the IDFA tracking identifier).

Access the network and obtain network status permissions: Our APP can only connect to the Internet after you agree to enable this permission. At the same time, for the purpose of risk control and providing services, we can also monitor network changes and remind users of the current network environment. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to use this product normally.

And you should be aware that any information you share may be read, collected, or used by other users.

IV. Your Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, withdraw consent, data portability, confirm whether we process any of your personal information, and request a review of any automated decisions that may have been made as a result of processing, with respect to your personal information that we process. If you no longer wish to use Snazz or you withdraw your consent for Snazz to process your personal information necessary for us to provide the Snazz Services, you may choose to delete your entire Snazz account by following the steps below:

Please note that deleting your account is an irreversible process and we cannot recover it even if you do it accidentally.

However, withdrawing your consent will not in any way affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on the consent you gave prior to its withdrawal.

5. Data Storage

Snazz is a global social application that operates through servers located in multiple countries around the world, including the United States. When providing our services, we may store your personal information outside the country or region where you live. When this happens, we will take measures to ensure that your personal information is processed and stored in accordance with applicable laws. At the same time, we will retain the above information for the shortest period of time. After the storage period specified by applicable laws and our internal rules, we may automatically delete personal information from our servers or continue to retain it in a form that cannot identify individuals.

How does Snazz protect your personal information?

8. Children

Snazz requires the appropriate competence and legal capacity.

Other than that, the Platform does not target children under the age of 18. In some cases, that age may be different due to local regulatory requirements, please refer to your local privacy policy for more information. If we become aware that personal information from a person under the age of 18 has been collected on the Platform, we will delete this information and terminate that person's account. You can communicate with other users of Snazz. But we recommend and encourage you (and all of our users) to think carefully about disclosing information about other users. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names, addresses, credit card details, national identification numbers or driver's license details and other sensitive information in your profile, as this information can easily be abused and misused.

Additionally, please be cautious about posting sensitive information about yourself on your profile, such as your religious affiliation and health information. While you can voluntarily provide us with this information, including your sexual orientation and ethnic background, when you create your profile, you are not required to do so. Please keep in mind that any photos or video clips you post on Snazz may reveal these types of sensitive personal data. When you upload and post this sensitive information about yourself, you explicitly consent to us processing your information. You do so at your own risk, and we reserve the right to disable your account if you post anything inconsistent with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
